Printed Matter: Spring Benefit Auction 2025

In addition to the Artsy General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following Supplemental Conditions apply to all bidders that register and/or bid in the Printed Matter - Benefit Auction [April 17, 2025 - May 2, 2025] (the “Auction”):

-Artsy has agreed to collect payment on behalf of Printed Matter for this auction.

-For purchases under $50,000 your card will automatically be charged for the Total Purchase Price, including but not limited to any applicable buyer’s premium, shipping, and sales tax, based on your registration address. For transactions over $50,000, we will reach out to you with instructions on how to complete your purchase via wire transfer.

-Fulfilment and shipping condition.
Lot 5: This Item will be printed upon sale. Buyers acknowledge and accept that production may take up to 2 weeks, and shipping may require an additional 3–5 weeks, depending on the destination and carrier. By bidding on such Items, the Buyer agrees to this timeline for fulfilment and delivery.

-Resale Restriction
Lot 50: The Buyer agrees that, for a period of three (3) years from the date the Buyer submits the Total Purchase Price for the Items (the “No Resale Period”), the Buyer shall not sell, re-sell, consign, transfer, convey, or otherwise dispose of the Items, whether directly or indirectly, including through any agent or affiliate. Any gift or transfer to a friend or family member must be accompanied by a written undertaking by the transferee to be bound by these provisions, including this No Resale Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, donation of the Items to a non-profit institution that conducts public art exhibitions, or transfer by descent, shall not be prohibited. Any attempted or purported transfer of the Items in violation of this section shall be null and void. The Artist is an intended third-party beneficiary of this provision and shall have the right to enforce it directly as if the Artist were a party hereto.
