JG Art Advisory: Benefit Auction for SoCal Fire Victims & Firefighters

In addition to the Artsy General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following Supplemental Conditions apply to all bidders that register and/or bid in the JG Art Advisory for LA Wildfire Relief [March 4, 2025 - March 18, 2025] (the “Auction”):

Charitable Donation. A portion of the proceeds from this sale, specifically 55% of the net proceeds, will be donated to The Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and the LAXART dba The Brick. You will not receive a tax donation letter from the Charity, and shall have no right to request one from the charities or Artsy.

Applicable sales tax will apply to all works shipped to and within the United States. Please note, for purchases under $50,000 your card will automatically be charged for the Total Purchase Price, including but not limited to any applicable buyer’s premium, shipping, and sales tax, based on your registration address. For transactions over $50,000, we will reach out to you with instructions on how to complete your purchase via wire transfer.
